Winter Wellness: Staying Healthy in February

Cold and flu season is in full swing! A few simple steps can help keep everyone healthy:
- Encourage frequent handwashing.
- Ensure students get plenty of rest each night.
- Pack a water bottle to keep them hydrated during the day.
- Keep your child home if they have a fever, vomiting, or other symptoms of illness.
