Junior Iron Chef Success!

Our talented student chefs put their skills to the test at the 17th Annual Junior Iron Chef Vermont competition, held at the Champlain Valley Fairgrounds. Competing against 26 teams, our very own 'Salt, Pepper, Sugar' squad whipped up a creative and delicious dish—“Stick Season Salad on Maple Pond”—showcasing fresh, local ingredients. Huge applause to our young culinary artists for their teamwork, creativity, and dedication to healthy cooking!

Celebrating Excellence in Math

We are thrilled to congratulate Mrs. Sicotte, our incredible 6th-grade math teacher, for receiving the "Excellence in Teaching Math Award" from the Vermont Council of Teachers of Mathematics! Mrs. Sicotte’s dedication to making math engaging, accessible, and fun has left a lasting impact on our students. We are so proud to have her as part of our team—way to go, Mrs. Sicotte!

Roaring into April with Laughter!

April brings longer days, busier schedules, and the perfect excuse to add a little extra laughter to your routine! This month, try making time to giggle-see who in your family can come up with the funniest joke, the silliest dance, or the best impression of a grumpy morning person (we all know one!).

Not sure where to start? Try asking, “What’s the funniest thing that happened at school today?” or “If you could invent a holiday, what would it be?” Kids have the best answers!

Laughter isn’t just fun—it helps us all shake off stress and feel more connected. So go ahead, be a little silly this April. Your kids will love it, and you just might, too!
