From Mr. Bonneau’s first dunk at 9:04 a.m. (the first of 61 total dunks!) to the final student boarding the train, our carnival was pure joy. Cotton candy floated through the air, laughter echoed across the playground, and smiles stretched from ear to ear.

Huge thanks to our staff, volunteers, and planning crew for making this event possible—we couldn’t have done it without your energy and care. It was the perfect way to celebrate a fantastic year!

We were thrilled to host YES! Theater’s "Secret Circus Agents" performance this week! Agents Butterfly & Honeymoon used acrobatics, juggling, hilarious physical comedy, and mime to deliver a rock-solid message about saying “Oh Yeah!” to new opportunities, taking healthy risks, and being ready to meet life’s challenges.

Just a reminder—tomorrow is our final day of the school year and an early release. Students will take time to meet next year’s teacher, say goodbye to classmates and teachers, and we'll send our sixth graders off with a clap-out.

Starting June 19, Vermont Electric will begin important electrical work at our school. This project will require a full power shutdown, with work scheduled to be completed by July 3. During this time, there will be limited staff on site and very limited access to phones, internet, and office systems. If you need to reach someone, we encourage you to try again after July 7, when power is restored and regular access resumes.

Summer Encore families: Don’t worry—Encore will still begin as planned on June 30!
