Dear Tiger Families,

Welcome back! I hope your summer was full of fun, rest, and adventure. Around here, it’s been a busy one! Our school has had a glow-up: a brand-new electric line (fingers crossed for no surprise cancellations this year!), the track has been squared and refinished, and our brand -new pavilion is finished!

A huge thank you goes out to our custodial team, who worked tirelessly to make our building sparkle, and to our teachers, who have been setting up beautiful spaces and sharpening their teaching chops with professional learning this summer. It takes a village — and ours is pretty special.

Now it’s time for the best part — welcoming our Tigers back through the doors. I can’t wait to see classrooms full of energy, laughter, and learning once again. Here’s to a wonderful start to the school year!

Why do we host our Open House the night before the first day?

Because research , and our own experience, shows it helps kids (and caregivers!) feel calmer and more prepared. Visiting classrooms, meeting teachers, and finding the right hook for the backpack takes away those “first-day jitters.” It also builds early connections between families and teachers, which is one of the strongest predictors of a smooth and successful school year.

School officially begins Wednesday, August 27th for students in 1-6 grades.

Don’t forget, our doors open at 7:45AM for drop-off!
