Options-Based Drill Follow-Up

This past week, our school conducted an options-based safety drill. Representatives from local law enforcement were on site to observe and support. They shared very positive feedback about our staff and students, and we are grateful for their ongoing partnership in keeping our school safe.

Tiger Spotlight

Let's learn a little more about one of our guidance counselors who helps every student find their ROAR, and our new HHB Coordinator who is here to keep our pawsitive community safe and strong!

This week we’re shining the spotlight on RoseAnna Cyr, guidance counselor.

This week we’re shining the spotlight on RoseAnna Cyr, who you might know as one of our school counselors, but did you know…

  • Her go-to comfort food is Tacos! (Endless filling combinations)
  • The first concert she ever attended? Raffi
  • When she's not teaching, you might find her drinking coffee from her favorite mug or hiking the trails of Westmore
  • If teaching hadn’t called her name, she might be a community organizer!
  • One more fun fact: She's been a potter for 16 years and loves to sing.
We’re excited to see the positive impact she’ll continue to make for students and staff alike.

This week we’re celebrating Darielle Pepin, HHB Coordinator

We’re thrilled that Dariell chose to bring her talents to our Tiger team. Be sure to give her a warm welcome when you see her in the hallways!

  • If she could only eat one food forever, it would be cheese
  • Right now she's into Sweet Magnolias
  • A hidden talent you might not guess? She can drive a standard!
  • If she wasn't working at DES, you’d probably find her working at the FBI
  • A song she'll never skip is Shake It Off by Taylor Swift
  • And a fun fact about her? She has two cats and they are her children!
We’re lucky to have her supporting our Tigers with this essential role!

ROAR Reminder

Dabble Day Success!

Our first-ever Dabble Day was a huge hit! Students earned this celebration by reaching 75 Mega Paws as a school. The morning was filled with creativity, art, connection, and plenty of fun. Thank you to staff and students for making it such a joyful event—we loved seeing our Tigers explore and create together!
