Good evening basketball families, 

Please mark your calendars for our one night of in-person sign-ups, Tuesday October 7th (in the lobby at North Country Union Jr High School) from 5:00pm-7:00pm for grades 1-6 apart of North Country Supervisory Union ONLY (Derby, Morgan, Holland, Newport City, Newport Town, North Troy, Jay/Westfield, Lowell, Coventry, Charleston, Brighton, UCA, and Homeschool families who live in the towns listed above). 

If you cannot make in-person sign-ups and would like to fill out the forms to mail with payment simply click on the link below and download the combined registration and medical forms.

The registration deadline is October 12th. WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING LATE FORMS. 

We would like to remind parents that this is a Derby based program. If you’re unable to travel to Derby for practices & games then this league may not be for your child. Please take that into consideration before signing up your child. 

***All coaches & assistant coaches (every team needs one) that are interested in coaching need to come to sign-ups to fill out a background check form.
