The clocks have sprung forward, the snow is melting fast, and the mud is making its seasonal debut—which can only mean one thing: spring in Vermont is on the way. Even with the short week, students came back energized and ready to learn. We’re looking forward to a strong start to our first full week together on Monday.

ROAR Reminder

Tigers Earn Their 3rd PBIS Celebration!
Our Tigers have done it again! Students recently earned their third PBIS school-wide celebration by demonstrating positive behavior and living out our ROAR expectations.

We celebrated with a visit from the Vermont Institute of Natural Science (VINS)! During the presentation, students learned how animals survive in the wild through things like camouflage and nocturnal behavior, and heard how animals appear in myths and oral storytelling traditions. One of the big takeaways: the more you know about the world, the more you can care about it. Students especially loved meeting Mal and learning surprising facts...like how some turtles can actually breathe under the mud during the winter!

We are incredibly proud of how our students continue to ROAR every day!

Tigertastic Tips

A few quick reminders to help our Tigers have a great week:
  • Sleep Matters – After the time change, an extra focus on bedtime routines can help students stay rested and ready to learn.
  • Check the Backpack – Important notices, library books, and classroom updates often travel back and forth each day.
  • Talk About the Day – Asking students about something they learned, someone they helped, or a way they showed ROAR can spark great conversations.
