Memorial Day Weekend

We hope families are enjoying the long Memorial Day weekend. Whether you spent yesterday soaking up the sunshine or today listening to the rain from inside somewhere cozy! As we pause for the holiday, we also take time to remember and honor those who served our country. We look forward to seeing everyone back at school for an exciting final stretch of the year.

Field Days Are Coming!

Field Day events are just around the corner, and excitement is building! We’re keeping a close eye on the weather and will communicate any schedule adjustments if needed. Please help students come prepared with comfortable clothes, sneakers, water bottles, sunscreen if desired, and plenty of school spirit!

ROAR Reminder

Students are continuing to work hard toward earning our upcoming Tiger Tailgate end-of-year celebration! We’ve seen lots of students showing ROAR behavior throughout the building—helping others, staying respectful during busy days, and making positive choices even as summer excitement builds.

A reminder that students are still actively earning their way to the celebration each day through safe, respectful, and responsible behavior. The finish line is in sight, and we’re cheering our Tigers on all the way there!

Tigertastic Tips

The end of the school year brings lots of excitement, changes in routine, and BIG energy! A few simple habits can help students stay regulated and ready to learn:

Keep bedtime routines as consistent as possible
Pack water bottles and weather-ready clothes each day
Build in outdoor play or movement after school
Encourage “brain breaks” instead of extra screen time when kids feel overwhelmed
Help students finish strong by celebrating effort, kindness, and responsibility

A little structure and encouragement this time of year goes a long way!
