National School Bus Safety Week

It’s National School Bus Safety Week, and we’re giving a big ROAR to our amazing bus drivers! They do so much more than get our Tigers from Point A to Point B. Thank you for keeping our students safe, starting their days with a friendly face, and getting them home again each afternoon. We appreciate you!
Here are a few ways our Tigers can help keep bus rides safe:
  • Follow directions. Our bus drivers have a big job, and listening helps them focus on the road.
  • Stay seated. Keep your body and belongings in your own space while the bus is moving.
  • Be ready and respectful. Wait safely at the bus stop and use kind words with drivers and fellow passengers.
  • Practice safe exits. Use the handrail, watch your step, and stay well away from the bus after getting off.
Let’s make sure our bus drivers know how much we appreciate them. A simple “thank you” can go a long way!

Bus Evacuation Drill

A big ROAR goes out to our Tigers! Our bus evacuation drill was a success. Students practiced what to do in an emergency and how to exit the bus safely. Thank you to our students and staff for taking this practice seriously and helping us keep safety a priority!

PreK Picture Day & Retakes

Picture day is coming up for our PreK students, and picture retakes are also on Wednesday 10/21! If your child is having retakes, please be sure to return the original picture package. The originals must be turned in for retakes. Thanks for helping us keep everything organized!
